1. Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days after delivery, provided they are unused, complete, safely packaged and returned with any accessories or proof of purchase.
2. Items that may not be returnable
Some products may not be returnable for hygiene, safety, freshness, customisation or digital-access reasons unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
3. Damaged, wrong or defective products
If the buyer receives a damaged, wrong, incomplete or defective item, the buyer should contact support as soon as possible with order number, product photos and a clear description of the issue.
4. Refund method
Approved refunds should normally be returned through the original payment method where possible, including M-PESA reversal or refund handling, depending on the transaction status and payment provider process.
5. Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, safe packaging and timely fulfilment. Repeated product quality problems may affect seller visibility or verification status.
