How do I place an order?
Search for a product, add it to cart, enter your delivery address and phone number, then complete checkout using M-PESA.
When is delivery free?
Free delivery applies to eligible orders above KES 10,000 unless a special seller or location condition applies.
How do I track my order?
Sign in as a buyer and click the Track Orders button. The timeline shows order creation, payment, seller preparation, dispatch and delivery updates.
Can sellers upload products?
Yes. Signed-in sellers can use Seller Studio to add products, upload images, manage stock and view orders containing their products.
Can admins import products from wholesalers?
Yes. Admins can use the Admin Centre to add wholesalers, add wholesaler products and import products to the SokoYetu product wall with a profit percentage.
Does M-PESA work?
The current development setup supports demo M-PESA flow. Real STK Push requires Safaricom Daraja credentials and a public callback URL.
Can sellers go live?
The website includes live-shopping interface features. Full real-time video requires a live streaming provider such as LiveKit, Agora or Twilio Live.
